Sub: Architectural Consultancy for Proposed Project.
Thank you very much for the enquiry.

We shall be happy to associate with you in the Project, as Architect and we shall extend the entire Consultancy Services required for the successful implementation of the Project as per the following terms and conditions.
SERVICES

The following services shall be provided from the side of The Architects Group.
a) Architectural Design
  • Prepare plan, elevation etc.
  • Providing details and drawings for obtaining statutory approval from the Municipality/ Corporation, KSEB, and Water Authority..etc
  • Providng working drawings for the Construction of the Complex.
b) Structural Design
  • Foundation Design
  • Structural design of the complex
c) Electrical Design
  • Design of the complete electrical system.
d) Plumbing & Sanitary System Design
  • Design of the fresh water and waste water systems and complete sanitary systems.
e) Site Supervision
  • Supervising the Project by occasional site visits-we shall check the quality of construction, quality of materials and other aspects connect with the construction
  • Check Contractor's bills for payment.
  • Assistance for locating and fixing up contractors for various works.
  • Assistance for procuring materials in respect of quality standards.
FEE AND TERMS AND CONDITONS.
  • Our fee for providing various services for successful implementation of project will be 5% of cost of project. In this case you may please note that cost of Project includes costs of construction, all materials, all electrical systems, sanitary and water systems, lifts, labour charges etc. Cost may be calculated @Rs. 1000/Sqft.
  • In addition Rs.2000/- per day person may be paid for site visit.
  • The fee may please be paid as per the following schedule.
  • 10% of the total amount as advance at the time of confirming the assignment.
  • Progressive payment of 10 % each depending on the progress of our services and the progress of work.

EXCLUSIONS
  • Free to be paid to Corporation, KSEB, Water Authority, Department of Fire & Rescue services etc and other payments for obtaining permit/license. However we shall extend all technical support and services arequired for obtaining the above.
  • Negotiating with labour, labour unions and interaction with other Statutory agencies connected with labour.
